With over 30 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Muadi Dibinga is a highly skilled strategic consultant, trainer, and facilitator. She has worked with a diverse array of clients, including Carver Public Schools, the Metropolitan Council for Educational Opportunity, Acton-Agua School District, Real Journey Academy, Partners in Health, Philips Brooks House at Harvard University, and Complexions Contemporary Ballet Company. Muadi excels in designing and facilitating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion trainings, helping organizations create inclusive, transformative environments. She also guides leaders and teams through strategic planning processes that address cultural competency and other transformative issues.
Currently serving as the Strategic Advisor for OrigiNation Cultural Arts Center, Muadi is deeply committed to professional development and coaching for leaders, young professionals, and women who are looking to transform their lives. She provides her coaching clients with tools, resources, and information that help them thrive in their personal and professional lives. Muadi has partnered with organizations like EdVestors/Boston Arts Internship Program, where she designs programs that empower individuals and teams to lead with confidence.
