For more than 30 years, Muadi Dibinga has helped organizations and individuals navigate change, strengthen leadership, and create cultures where people and communities can thrive. As a strategic consultant, keynote speaker, executive coach, and facilitator, she partners with organizations to transform vision into action through leadership development, strategic planning, organizational culture, and professional growth.

Her current and former clients include Acton-Agua School District, Carver Public Schools District, Metropolitan Council for Educational Opportunity (METCO), Real Journey Academies, TJX Companies, Partners In Health, Philips Brooks House at Harvard University, EdVestors/Bloomberg Philanthropies, OrigiNation Cultural Arts Center, and Complexions Contemporary Ballet.

Muadi delivers signature workshops and fully customized learning experiences, both virtually and in person, that spark honest conversations, strengthen leadership, and inspire meaningful action. She has also served as an Adjunct Faculty Member for the International Nonprofit Training and Leadership Program at Temple University Harrisburg and the George H. Heyman, Jr. Center for Philanthropy and Fundraising at New York University.

Through executive coaching, keynote presentations, consulting, and facilitated retreats, Muadi helps leaders, emerging professionals, and women who are ready for change gain the clarity, confidence, and courage to create lasting forward momentum. Known for asking the questions that move people from reflection to action, she combines compassion with accountability to help clients create meaningful, lasting transformation.

 

Beyond the Work

Muadi believes credibility comes from congruence. A certified Hot Yoga instructor, second-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and lifelong student of personal growth, she is committed to living the principles she teaches. Whether speaking to hundreds or coaching one person, her mission remains the same: to help people move beyond where they are and step confidently into what's possible.
